Meet the Farmers

Anna and Ben Freund operate Open View Farm. Both Anna and Ben are native Vermonters and met while working on a Vermont Youth Conservation crew in high school. Ben attended Paul Smith's College in New York where he studied forestry and Anna attended both the University of Vermont and Massey University in New Zealand where she studied animal science and sheep production. Anna is in charge of the animals on the farm and Ben manages maple syrup and vegetable production.
